Your FBK products are divided into different categories in our FBK warehouse according to the size of the individual product units. This ensures that the limited storage space is used efficiently. It also makes it easier to categorise your items and plan ahead for them.

We have a separate limit on the number of “Medium & Large SKUs” that can be stored in the warehouse.
Where can I find my warehouse utilisation details? You can find your warehouse utilisation details in the Seller Portal under Offer management > “FBK shipments”.
The stock monitor in the shipment creation shows the available storage space assigned to you for each category.
The available space in the warehouse for each category is measured in cubic metres and is limited. If you need more storage space or have questions about the distribution of your available storage capacity, use the Seller Portal to navigate to “Would you like to request more storage space for upcoming shipments for Kaufland?” to request more storage space. Please indicate your estimated shipment volume for the next two weeks. Enter the relevant product EANs and the corresponding number of packages in the input field. You will receive an e-mail response as soon as your request has been processed.
