Getting Started with FBK

We offer our fulfilment service for our Kaufland marketplaces in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Requirements

*As a Kaufland Global Marketplace seller, you are active on the Kaufland marketplaces, making you the contractual partner of the end customer. If you deliver goods to the German or Czech warehouse, Kaufland Global Marketplace needs proof that you are registered for VAT in Germany and/or in the Czech Republic in order to store the goods as part of the FBK service. How do I participate in Fulfillment by Kaufland?

If you are interested in participating in FBK, use the Seller Portal menu to navigate to “Services” and select the item Fulfillment by Kaufland. Click on Request Access to sign up for FBK.

You must register for FBK first. To do so, enter your contact details and confirm your input. You will receive feedback via e-mail within two working days at the latest to let you know whether your registration has been successful.
Once you have successfully been verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to your FBK onboarding in the Seller Portal.
Choose at least one sales channel which you would like to use for FBK. The FBK onboarding process is exactly the same as the seller onboarding. During the process you can switch between your selected sales channels in order to complete all steps of the onboarding for all of your channels at the same time.

Now edit all the steps of the onboarding part by clicking Edit on the right. For each step, you will receive detailed information in its settings.
