FBK Seller Reports

Within FBK, several reports will be made available to the sellers.

Adjustment of the sales report
You can download your sales report within the Seller Portal. The existing report has been updated and includes information about whether the order was placed through FBK.

Fulfillment fee report
This report will be sent to show all the fulfillment fees per order unit.

Returns report
A returns report will be sent to show which returns were handled within FBK. This will include information about which returns were handled, the grading of the items returned, and what has been done with the items.

Item recommendation report
This report will be sent to give a recommendation of which items to send to FBK. The recommendations report does not exclude restricted items, please check your items to make sure that they are compliant with the restrictions.

FBK Weekly Performance Report
You will receive FBK Weekly Performance Report on a weekly basis. The report contains:

• An overview of sales and units ordered
• Your most popular products
• Your products that could earn more with FBK
• Detailed information about your returns
• A list of the most popular product categories currently
• An overview of the products with low stocks remaining

More reports will be developed and shared in the coming months.
