What is Fulfillment by Kaufland?
Fulfillment by Kaufland is an all-in-one solution in which Kaufland Global Marketplace takes over shipping and all of the related processes, such as storage, packaging, returns management and customer service. This allows you to concentrate on your product range, steady procurement of goods and optimal pricing.

How do I register for FBK?
You can register for FBK in three easy steps:
Create an FBK account: Request your FBK access in the Seller Portal and activate your FBK account by completing a simple onboarding.
Create FBK offer and shipping: Create your FBK offers by filling in the required product information and adding the offer to your FBK delivery.
Send the delivery to the FBK warehouse: Send your delivery to the FBK warehouse. Once it has arrived, we will take care of the rest. -
What are the costs for using FBK?
Restocking fee: is calculated monthly and depends on the season as well as the required storage space your product occupies in our warehouses. The final cost calculation is based on the exact size of the unit when packed and ready for shipping.
Fulfilment fee: includes the costs for processing and shipping customer orders on your behalf and depends on the weight and size of the packaging unit.
Returns fee: is calculated for customer returns on the basis of the weight and size of each unit returned.
Additional services: We offer a range of additional services, from take-back and disposal of old appliances to individual services on request.More information on our prices is available here.

In which countries is the fulfilment service offered?
We offer our fulfilment service for deliveries to Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

When does the replenishment fee apply?
For units received on the first day of the month, we will not charge a replenishment fee for the whole month (regardless of whether the month has 30 or 31 days). For units received on any other day of the month, we will not charge a replenishment fee for the next 30 days.

Can users specify their own individual process for returns?
Yes. You can decide how your returns are dealt with. Depending on the quality, returns can be returned to the warehouse, sent back to you, or disposed of. You can find detailed information here.
