Our Cost Structure

The pricing is valid for Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Republic:

Replenishment fee

The replenishment fee is calculated monthly and depends on the season as well as the required storage space your product occupies in our warehouses. The final calculation is based on the exact size of the stored sales unit.

1. For units received on the first day of the month, the replenishment fee is not charged for the entire month (regardless of whether the month has 30 or 31 days).
2. For units received any other day of the month, no replenishment fee will be charged for the next 30 days.

Fulfilment fee

The fulfilment fee comprises the cost charged for handling and shipping orders placed by customers on behalf of sellers. The fulfilment fee is based on the weight and size of the sales unit.

Standard Parcel Delivery*

The maximum girth (1x longest side + 2x sum of both shortest sides) must not exceed 360cm. The maximum weight is 31.5 kilograms. The decision as to whether the product is suitable for onward shipment to the end customer without further packaging, lies at the discretion of the supplier. For more information on the various indicators, please refer to the FBK Guide.

Bulky Goods Delivery**

The dimension is that the longest side is over 120cm (max. 180cm), or 2 sides are both longer than 60 cm. The maximum girth (1x longest side + 2x each both shortest sides) must not exceed 360cm. The maximum weight is 31.5 kilograms. The decision whether further packaging is necessary for onward shipment to the end customer or whether the product is suitable for onward shipment to the end customer without further packaging, lies at the discretion of FBK. For more information on the various indicators, please refer to the FBK Guide. Delivery time can vary between 2 to 4 days.

Hauler Delivery**

The maximum dimension (length x width x height) must not exceed 120 x 80 x 180 cm. The maximum height must not exceed 180cm. The maximum girth (1x longest side + 2x each both shortest sides) must not exceed 580cm. The maximum weight is 600 kilograms. Hauler goods are delivered to the curb side. For more information on the various indicators, please refer to the FBK Guide. Delivery time can vary between 3 to 5 days.

Envelope Delivery**

The dimensions must not exceed 35 x 25 x 2 cm. The maximum weight is 500 grams. The maximum sales price can be set individually in the Seller Portal.

Items sent by letter are not insured and do not have a tracking-ID. Kaufland Global Marketplace accept no liability in the event of loss in transit.

Returns fee

The Returns fee is the fee that is charged for customer returns. It is calculated based on the weight and size of the return unit. The Returns Fee is not compatible with any SIOC discount.

Additional services

We offer a range of additional services, from remission processing to services on request. Freight and processing costs will be charged for organized remission of the products. Remission processing includes the arrangement of the products for transport (picking from the warehouse, packaging safe for transport, loading, etc.).

Reimbursements

We will reimburse the seller fulfilment fees, respectively the price of the item in the following circumstances:

• If we break or lose an item in the warehouse, we will reimburse the seller the sales price excl. VAT
• If something is damaged during delivery, we will reimburse the sales price excl. VAT
• If an order is cancelled due to a delay during delivery, we will reimburse the fulfilment fees (delivery and return)
• If something is lost during return, we will reimburse the price of the item and the return fulfilment fee

We consider this to be compensation for damages.

Accounting & Invoicing

The amount is charged against the seller’s credit. For this reason, it is important to ensure that there is sufficient credit in your Kaufland Global Marketplace seller account. On the first day of each month, the FBK invoices for the previous month are available in the Accounting area of your Seller Portal. Other Accounting documents, such as Refunds or Compensation (if applicable), will be sent to you via e-mail.
