Here’s how DoMyShoot works

Set up account: Follow the instructions in the app to set up your account.
Select product category: To start creating images, select the appropriate product category for your project.
Take product photos: Intelligent in-app instructions support you during the shooting process. You can choose the right background from over 10,000 photos.
Approve your project:You then approve your project and can immediately start creating the next image for another SKU.

Within 24 hours you will get your images back, edited by the AI and the DoMyShoot team.

What payment options does DoMyShoot offer?

You can pay by credit or debit card.
What are the fees for a photo shoot?

The standard fee is 1 credit per image. Additional credits may apply for premium backgrounds. You can find more information in the app in your profile under “Pay Per Use”.
How can I top up my credits?

You can top up your credit balance directly via the app using your debit/credit card. In your profile, you can select the credits you wish to purchase under “Pay Per Use”. You can then make the payment.
Will I receive an invoice for topping up my credits?

As soon as you have purchased credits, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you used to register with DoMyShoot. Alternatively, you can view your invoice history at any time in your profile in the app under “Payment history”.
Can I use my product images straight after the photo shoot?

Once you have saved your project in the DoMyShoot app, your shots will be processed by AI and the DoMyShoot team. Your images will be available for download in the app within 24 hours under “My Projects/Completed”. The edited images will also be sent to you at the e-mail address you used to register with DoMyShoot.
What is a marketplace integration?

DoMyShoot offers integration with the Kaufland marketplaces, as well as with sales partners such as ChannelAdvisor. Your DoMyShoot account is thereby linked to Kaufland Global Marketplace or the corresponding sales partner. This enables you to synchronise the images taken with the DoMyShoot app directly with Kaufland Global Marketplace.
