  • Which settings do I have to complete after account activation?

    After account activation, please complete the following settings (please note that you have to be logged in to your Seller Portal to access the links):

    • Adjust your return settings. You can either provide your own DHL credentials to use our return system considering your return conditions, display an individual message to the customer or open a ticket upon return request: https://sellerportal.kaufland.de/return-settings/process
