Reports
The Seller Portal offers a variety of reports as downloads to keep track of your performance on our marketplace.
- The report Your Bookings serves as an overview of your available sales revenues. It shows the account movements such as releases or cancellations of sales revenues or monthly fees.
- The report Your Sales allows you to export orders as a .csv file and upload them to your system if needed. In addition to the order status, you can also get information about the shipping details.
- The Tickets report allows you to get a quick overview of your open tickets. In addition to the order number the report also lists the ticket reason and the opening date.
- The Cancellations report lists all cancellations including item name and manufacturer.
- The report Your offered articles contains all currently offered items, including current offer data. This report can be used to update offer data via .csv upload.
- The Competitor Comparison report helps you optimise your pricing strategy. It shows to you your offer price in relation to possible competitors.
Moreover, you will find helpful reports about your product data listed on Kaufland Global Marketplace in the product data area of the Seller Portal.
- The report Nicht gefundene EANs (Not found EANs) lists all EANs for which no product data is available yet, so that no offer could be created.
- The Produktdaten-Verbesserungs-Exporte (product data improvement exports) help you optimise your product data quality on Kaufland Global Marketplace and to update relevant attributes and information.
- The report Invalide Artikel (invalid items) provides an overview of invalid items and their missing mandatory attributes. Invalid items are not visible to the customer.
