Double mass flywheel SACHS 2294 002 285 is fully remanufactured and meets the quality standards of a new part. It guarantees smooth run of your vehicle – vibrations and noise are both reduced to bare minimum, spikes when switching gears are eliminated. Each part is dismantled to its basic components, and those components are subsequently cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. The miniscule components on the inside are carefully inspected under a microscrope and the defective ones are replaced with new ones. To be used in the remanufacturing process, each component SACHS 2294 002 285 must meet the quality standards of a new spare part. Once the double mass flywheel has been reassembled, it is subjected to rigorous testing. The result of this testing is a functionality protocol which is routinely attached inside the package together with the part itself. Upon completion of the remanufacturing process, we also recommend replacing the transmission set with a new one from the same manufacturer like the double mass flywheel.
