Latexmilch
Lufthärtende, natürliche Formbaumasse auf 1-Komponentenwasserbasis vom Kautschukbaum. Im flüssigen Zustand ist die Latexmilch weiss, ausgehärtet bernsteinfarben-transparent. Latexmilch wird als Formbaumasse für die Herstellung von nahtlosen Schlauchformen verwendet. Dafür wird das Original in die Latexmilch mehrfach eingetaucht oder mit dem Pinsel auf das Original aufgetragen. Eine Schrumpfung von bis zu 10% ist bei der Abformung mit Latexmilch zu beachten.

Masse de moulage naturelle à base de latex, sèche à l'air. A l'état liquide le produit est blanc, une fois durci il devient transparent. On laprivilégie pour la fabrication de moules tubulaires sans soudure. Pour cela on plonge directement l'objet original dans le lait de latex , ou bien on applique lait de latex en plusieurs couches au pinceau. L'avantage deproduit est sont élasticité et son faible coût. Il faut noter qu'une rétraction du moule jusqu'à 10 % est possible.
